OCPA is a charted state division of the ACPA - College Student Educators International that has served the needs of student affairs educators throughout the state of Ohio for more than 30 years. Members include vice presidents, deans, faculty, admissions/ enrollment management, Greek life, housing and residence life, student unions, student activities, counseling, career development, orientation, diversity/multicultural affairs, and retention and assessment professionals at institutions across the great state of Ohio. It is our mission to provide a variety of resources, networking opportunities, and professional development programs and services for our members and other individuals interested in student affairs careers.

OCPA ELECTION INFORMATION
OCPA's nominations and elections process is an open and inclusive one. Please exercise your right to nominate yourself or others interested in helping to move OCPA forward in the 21st century. OCPA's nomination process is open beginning December 28, 2009 through February 19, 2010. During this time, you can nominate others and/or apply for the positions online.
OUR PURPOSE
- To provide education and professional development opportunities that equip our members with tools to meet the diverse and changing needs of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and parents.
- To contribute to the improvement of the student affairs profession.
- To advance and communicate student affairs professional standards.
- To provide networking opportunities to assist our members with information, knowledge, and idea sharing.
- To promote and support the ACPA core competencies and organization goals and purposes.
