Online registration for the conference is now open. Click here to register.

Registration Fees (on or before January 7th, 2015*)

Professional Member: $130.00
Graduate Member: $75.00
Professional Non-Member: $180.00
Graduate Non-Member: $90.00

Pre-Conference Options

Pre-conference sessions will be held on Wednesday, January 14th, 2015 from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Equity & Inclusion Pre-Conference: $50.00
Mid Level Managers Pre-Conference: $50.00*

*The Mid Level Managers pre-conference registration includes a complimentary copy of the book "The Mid-Level Manager in Student Affairs: Strategies for Success," edited by Robert L. Ackerman and published by NASPA.

Pre-conference registration costs are in addition to the conference registration (should pre-conference participants also choose to attend the annual conference)

*Late Fee: A $25.00 late fee will be charged to any person that registers for the Annual Conference or Pre-Conference after January 7, 2015.

Please note - no refunds are available for conference registrations. The only exception to this is in the event of a Level Three Snow Emergency that requires the cancellation of the annual conference.

Conference Hotel

The Doubletree Hotel and Conference Center has set aside a block of rooms for the conference at a rate of $99 per night. Please contact the hotel at 614-885-3334 and mention that you are with OCPA/OASPA to receive this rate.

Call for Programs

The program submission deadline has now passed. If you have questions about the program proposals, please contact our Educational Sessions Committee Co-Chairs, Stephanie Volbrecht or Todd Shaver.

Silent Auction Donations

This is your opportunity to give back. Any money raised by the silent auction will be awarded as scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students interested in our field! We are currently seeking item donations to be auctioned off during our conference. In the past, items such as sweat-shirts, tee shirts, hats, mugs, etc. with your school’s logo have auctioned off with great success! This year, we are trying to elevate our program by making available a wider array of items. If there are other items that could showcase your campus or greater community - such as tickets to an event, a piece of artwork, books, or a gift basket - we welcome anything creative that you could donate.

If you are able to make a gift, please contact Esther Dwyer for inquiries and next steps, or simply bring your item to the conference. See you there!

Call for Volunteers

We are still in of additional volunteers for the 2015 OASPA/OCPA Conference. If you have not yet signed up to volunteer or registered for the conference there is still time! Volunteers are needed to staff the registration table, career resource room and the silent auction. If you are interested and willing, be sure to indicate that you would like to volunteer on your conference registration.
