The OCPA Membership Application is currently available for printout in either Adobe .pdf or Microsoft .doc formats. You may print out the application, fill it out in it's entirety and submit it to the Membership Records & Constituent Relations Chair via fax or mail. We are currently working on an online format of the membership application.
To pay for your membership via Paypal please select the "Online Payment" option from the membership tab to the left and follow the directions given.
